The High Clans

Skills:

Much unlike the regular clans (Thunderclan, Windclan etc.) the High Clans are close relatives to the ancient lions and tigers that used to roam the woods. They are larger in size but their skills are outstanding. An average High Clan apprentice could easily take down a full-fledged Thunderclan warrior but this does not mean that cats can do insane back-flips and easily jump 30 feet in the air. This simply means that they are very strong and if they are in the Right Situation, they may be able to throw a full-sized cat. This also means that Cloudclan can outrun Windclan, Treetopclan can out-climb Shadowclan and Thunderclan, Mistclan are so stealthy they can sneak up on Shadowclan in their own camp. I am going to state one more time: This does not make them invincible. Against other High Clans they are evenly skilled; against the regular clans, however, they are much stronger. And no bringing regular clans into RP, that is being saved for a prophecy. 

Please note: If you have an unrealistic Character I will ask you remove them, and if I catch you roleplaying them again you will be removed as a member. 

The Clans:

In the High Clans there are four different clans, each with it's unique skill:

Treetopclan~~~~~ Treetopclan cats are known for their love of heights, the muscular cats hunt in the trees, learn to fight in the trees, have races in the trees, their camp is even in the trees, their ancient relative - the tiger. If you ever spot a Treetopclan cat on the ground they are either marking a border, helping a wounded cat or ground training. What is ground training? Ground training is where the clan learn to fight on the ground, since all the other clans often insist on fighting down there they  must learn how to as well. In terms of personality, the Treetopclan cats are usually very inclusive and friendly but are known for their humor.  Treetopclan also teaches it's apprentices to camouflage, white cats are best in the birch, brown best in oak or pine, and yellow, they can blend into the leaves during fall.

Cloudclan ~~~~~ Cloudclan cats are known for their love of speed. Their territory is mostly made up of meadows although there is a small forest. Cloudclan cats have nimble body's and small frames, similar to their close relative, the cheetah. In Cloudclan, the cats mostly hunt rabbit and small birds who live in the forest although sometimes they catch a few fish when they fall in the small stream. The Cloudclan cats have a very unique personality. Around friends they can be humble and outgoing. Otherwise they are mostly stuck-up and over-protective of their clan. Boy, your going to get a beating if you insult that clan. 

Mistclan~~~~ The cats of Mistclan are insanely stealthy, much like their close relative the panther. Living in the jungle is rather tough sometimes, with all the odd bugs and creatures to avoid. Truthfully, the territory isn't exactly a jungle, more just a forest overgrown with ferns and odd trees, but still, poison lingers. If the clan eats a bird who was bitten by the wrong creature they are done for. To avoid this happening,  they appoint a sniffer to inspect all prey and herbs that enter the camp. This cat is highly respected and will serve from the time they gain a strong sense of smell (apprentice) to the time they lose it (senior warrior or elder). Some cats beg to be the sniffer, but others are not so excied, being a sniffer means you need to give up all your warrior training, very hard to do if you are a warrior before a sniffer. Personality wise, the Mistclan cats are usually very persuasive and deceiving. They come across as mysterious and  reserved cats who don't ever share much information on their clan. In Mistclan, if you are very out-going you can be the odd one out, good for cats who are very shy.

Mountainclan~~~~ The cats of Mountainclan are lovers of the cold mountain air and buffeting winds. These large, fluffy cats are related to the lions and have the most distant relation to their outstanding ancestors, mostly because they had to adapt to the mountain peaks. Up at the top of the chilly mountain it can be hard to find food, when they do it is either eagles, hawks or hares. Most of the Mountainclan cats learn at a young age what is safe to jump to, from and with, but most of all, what is safe to jump over, thankfully, almost anything. The thick-furred cats have a huge leap, and gripped pads for icy slopes. Personality wise, the Mountainclan cats are very friendly and humble, but they are known to get grumpy, especially the elders.
